Rabbits Rabbits

"Lucky Strike Pack"-Paper maché, cardboard, acrylic paint

Fabricated for Rabbits Rabbits (2022), an original puppet work written and directed by Camille Cooper, that explores the nature of luck, superstition, and ritual in a small desert town. 

This piece was created through the SLCTheatre Spring 2022 Devised Residency, with rituals and stories collected from the greater Sarah Lawrence College community.

Jack and Tabby were the protagonists of Rabbits Rabbits, and were puppeteered by two to three performers

The rabbit puppets were, of course, central to Rabbits, Rabbits and were puppeteered by one performer at a time. The rabbits feet are detachable.
